PDNS-Admin has come a lot farther than I expected it would, and with that comes expanded support needs.
It's become increasingly clear of late that PDNS-Admin has become more than just the application I whipped up out of a copy of Quicksilver Forums to use on my own DNS server. What started as me simply needing to replace a non-functional copy of Poweadmin has grown into quite a bit more, and without my really intending for that to happen.
I initially offered PDNS-Admin up as an avenue for people on the PowerDNS mailing list to use if they had nothing else available. A few people downloaded it, word spread, and now there are places with as many as 60,000 domains using it. This created a need for better ways to support the now growing userbase. Handling it via emails through my blog was not going to cut it for much longer. Since I don't particularly like mailing lists I figured the next best thing was to put up a support portal. So here we are
Hopefully this will help to bring everyone using the application together in a more productive way, and lead to the betterment of PDNS-Admin in general.
